Our refurbished computers, printers and monitors have a 90-day carry-in warranty. Strike Twice Computers will repair, refund or replace your purchase, at our discretion. Our warranty covers physical defects only, not software glitches or Windows update problems or software incompatibilities. Warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries, ink or toner. You can return a purchase within 7 days with 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if you exchange for a different item. New computers, printers and monitors have a warranty (typically 1 year) through the manufacturer and you should contact them directly. Our labor-related work has a 30-day warranty. Replacement parts used in repairs and upgrades have a 90-day warranty.
